Governing Documents, Financial Statements and Tax Forms
The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Green Bay adheres to the highest standards of ethical bookkeeping, tax reporting and accounting practices. In accordance with the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service directive (Schedule O, Form 990 Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax) the governing documents, conflict of interest policy, financial statements and 990 tax returns must be made available for public inspection.
All documents are stored on site at 525 North Taylor Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54303 and are available for viewing by appointment by contacting the Valley Secretary.
